Sony's way to compete with Microsoft is through concessions and regulations via this round. Money talks and they don't have the type of funds that MS has so weaken them through regulation. Besides, they know Microsoft isn't done with purchasing studios.

I have both systems but I will say that, if it doesn't come out on Xbox then Microsoft should develop the "next gen" Killer Instinct to coincide with SF6 release.
Develop it off the latest Unreal Engine as well.
