It's currently sitting at a 70 on Metacritic and 66 on Opencritic. Definitely not the kind of splash MS wanted to make with their new IP following Recore and Super Lucky's Tale.
Adding new content isn't enough when that content is supposedly coming in 3 months.. It needs to happen MUCH sooner in order to keep people interested.
We all knew Tomb Raider wasn’t an exclusive.. It wasn’t quite sure if Hellblade was a timed exclusive or not.
I think the right achievements/trophies help give you a sense of pride in a game when you complete it.. and it also helps discover things in games that weren’t very obvious to begin with...
In Uncharted LL, if you climb to the tallest point on the tower in Chapter 4, and stay there for a minute, Cloey will do some Yoga.. you get at trophy for that. It’s cool.
You forgot Scalebound.
It’s kind of his Job to defend a game, even if it fails to deliver.
Go. Away.
10th Rider...
I said IF anyone is going to say it.. I didn’t say there were people who have made the comment.
Sure, it would have been ok... but keeping the combat the same wouldn't help if Kratos was supposed to be a different person.
If there was a head, It would be cool if the head came out of the water periodically and you shot canons at it.. But just the tentacles? how LAME. It takes the suspense right out of the fight.
@Wotbot
I've heard from people who have played the game that they had some fun with it... but the amount of variety, content, and what can and can't be done in the game is severely lacking when it had a long development cycle.
It's ok defending the game if you like it, but lets be objectively honest here.
@ Krib
Sure.. Release more content.....
Too bad that content isn't coming for about 3 months.
This game is going to get an above 90 on aggregate scoring sites..
I concur.
There just isn’t enough to do out of the gate. The next update is what, in 3 months? That’s too long.
I don't understand why a team just remakes (reboots) the Socom series.
