Damn right.Sony's service teams sucks monkey balls.I've send them a psp with dead pixels on screen and they returned me a new one with dead pixels too.Also sent ps3 said that they fixed it payed because it was out of warranty and guess what nothing fixed at all.In the other corner I've sent a 360 with RROD and a custom firmware installed and not only they completely fixed despite of the voided warranty but didn't even pay a dollar.

The problem here is that God Of War 3 and Star craft 2 got a perfect score and Reach didn't.The problem is that they gave ODST 9.25 and said in this review that Reach will make up for all the disappointed with ODST and yet they gave it only 0.25 higher.That's stupid.
