Developers have been complaining for years about used game sales but have tolerated it so far. This is GameStop's blatant attempt to get a used game sale before the new game is even released. This means that after a week GS could have thousands of used games that sell for only $5 less than new, and GS gets full profit.

With Creators Club you have to pay Microsoft $100 in order to make the games (when the PC version is free) then Microsoft is going to sell some of them on XBL and make money? Do the creators get any of the profit?

multiconsole games. As usual, a lot of 360 only games are also on the PC and no PS3/PC pairs. Surprisingly there are more PS3 games than 360; granted it only wins by 1.
Maybe someone ought to start a petition towards Sony to get them to pick up this game. I'm aware that many petitions are stupid and ultimately it just depends on if the publisher thinks they'll make money off the game, but at the same time petitions are great for getting the word out on issues. The petition itself wouldn't necessarily change anyone's mind, but other websites may pick it up and buzz for the game would spread faster through word of mouth.
