If they really cared and listened to the fans they would have reversed it when the rumors came out and everyone was pissed off. It wasn't until they saw those preorders and realized how much money they'd lose, that they wanted to change It. What bothers me is Sony came out in Feburary and MS knew what they were going up against and still didn't care. $$$ C.R.E.A.M. $$$
If you consider the GDDR5 the same as the CELL then they've already proved it.
MS didn't even use the Xbox One at E3 so don't you mean they have something to prove to you? The fact that the PS4 has 3GB more of RAM and its GDDR5 sayes it all. Every PS3 game like The Last of Us ran on a lot less than 1 GB.

At the start of this gen Xbox was the underdog( and who doesn't love an underdog) and people would use better looking multiplatform games, high price, PS3 has no games etc. basically anything to give their team an upper hand. I like the DS4 a tooooon more. The touch pad is interesting I can't wait to see how devs use it and the speaker on the controller reminds me of the wii which I really liked. Plus every SKU comes with a head phone!(like the 360 but unlike the Xbox One). It's bigger and looks very steady. The trigger are perfect as well.

But does an extra feature hurt? Games like MvsC3 and COD would be awesome to watch a friend(s) play! Plus on the ps4 you can help someone pass a level they can't and all of this is optional.
Me too but honestly they spent $1 billion on just games for the first year. That's amazing but will it continue cause I haven't forgotten about the past 4 years with the Xbox 360.
@marchinggamer- let me get this straight. The ps4 has 8 GB of ram and the Xbox 1 has 8 too yet the Xbox has more?.....btw the ps4 has 7GB for games while the Xbox has 5.
