I never bought an xbox one, and never will and hell it pisses me off. Same with the pspro.
But dont forget they have to be able to run on the original xbox one too, so....
Dont matter if consoles were never as powerful as pcs of their time. In the early pc days they were a huge luxury. Especially the internet. Your parents generation did grow up with videogames too...so they were more apt to buy game consoles. Also most pc purchases are off the shelf, or budget so the difference isnt usually that big.

It seems like all the upgrades would have to be already built into the design from the get go. Well the slots obviously. Like the n64 with the slot for the ram pak. The snes cartridges (for the few 3d snes games) had a special gfx chip in them. Obviously we cant do that any more.
At these points why not go pc though? Then you get free multiplayer and great mods. Consoles really are limited.
Just the fact of having a new game, and learning the new mechanics and new everything about playing a new game is enjoyable. Not to mention the feelings if satisfaction from playing and accomplishing.

You play through the whole game, and to get the reaal emding theu want you to buy ot as dlc. Total shit.
It will become free to play. They just release it as normal title hoping to make the money from the initial interest/early buyers. Give it a year when other games are out that destroys the player base more. Maybe Red Dead?

Honestly we need new style fighting games. Fight Night was in that spotlight for a while. I do want sony to do a smash style game, but for not looking like copiers sake they dont. Anyways...we need a new fighting game.

Back in my day we use to play games because they were fun.
Also custom games are why pc is the master race. Look at counterstrike rpg, hidden object, surf, jailbreak, and much much more. Same for Team Fortress 2, and other Valve games.

Started paying for multiplayer on the ps4, but on the ps3 it was free. They just did the free games to get people to pay. To give value, because why pay when its free? Then with that fact back then you could assume the ps4 was going to have a subscription.
