Doubt that Nintendo Money Contract + 'Monster' Monster Hunter Sales = $$$$
Why not, there both hand-helds and they make way more sense than Vita and Wii U
I don't see how this device can harm Nintendo, people seem to be forgetting that the DS truly took off when the DS Lite and NSMB DS launched. The 2DS is launching at the same price with a new generation of Pokemon. Very smart move if you ask me.
This reminds me, when are we gonna know who bought index?
A twenty three year old is not a ' boy'. That is a 'Man'
I'm pretty sure he meant 'sales'.
I'm pretty sure the PSP had a larger install base by the time Portable 3rd came out.
So far it's on par with Portable 3rd
Did the PSP games follow that template? I just believe that it will stay at the top for a few weeks, because recently big games, such as Animal Crossing have done so.
I believe that Monster Hunter will stay at the top for about a month before Pokemon knocks it to second place
When you give us back Final Fantasy, we will give you back Monster Hunter ok?
P.S. I'm pretty sure the 3ds doesn't need a Monster Hunter game to be successful.
Calm down dude, I never said it "it would fail". I just simply have my doubts about @SniperControl's Comment about it "taking the casual market by storm". I don't know much about specs so I can't really say much about your first point. However by exposing it to the casual market, I meant advertisment! Commercials, Demos, etc. Outside of the Gaming world right now, who knows much about PS Vita TV? That name would already be confusing to the average customer.
6.47 Million! Between Monster Hunter,Pokemon, and Zelda that number should substantially increase.
@joeorc This device is aimed at casuals, and casuals don't care about specs. They care about affordability. This device and the Ouya cost the same amount. If Sony, wants this thing to do well, they have to do a better job of exposing it to the casual market.
I have my doubts about that, There are many similar devices on the market. Sony is also not the best at advertising 'some' of it's products.
God! Imagine Pokemon! And that's launching worldwide on the same day
Last I checked Monster Hunter 4 was on 3ds, with no points that would lead to a Wii U version being developed
Oh no . According to the people here,
Sony's targeting the Hardcore Gamer
Nintendo is targeting children.
Apple is targeting Casuals.
"But, But it's portable! It's also not available on the 3ds! So that increases it's value!" That's most likely one of the answers you will get.
So many games so little time
