the new xbox360s should be fine though
since i got a new one in march2008 and it blows super cool air and is a bit quieter than my launch xbox360 which got unreadable crap error
the reason 360 get rrod is because they get super mother effen hot
all i have to say be precautions with your 360

i prefer halo3
graphix on halo3 1080p look very colorful and amazing especially in single player! which i like more better than resistance
even though resistance has more people i think halo has always been king in multilayer. and yes i know there are other good multilayer games out there!
there are more features in halo3 which makes it a plus!

i have a medalgear ps3 and a march2008 xbox360 which blows out much more cooler air than my ps3
ps3 is obviously more reliable though so
this is how you get RROD or scratch disc error
1.dont play 360 all day or turn it off when your not using it
2.dont move 360 while disc is in 360
3.when you feel your 360 is starting to blow hot air turn it off and give it a break
