The beauty of MMA is that it can be anything even boxing, MMA fight could look exactly like a boxing match, and some do (wanderlei vs. chuck was pretty much all boxing). MMA is every type of martial arts, so it can be like boxing, tkd, kickboxing, bjj whatever, it also the most efficient form of fighting.
