Hey that's what the Xbox crowd likes. They're easily pleased. As long as there's lots of swearing, ripped muscles, explosions, and big guns, that's all they need.
I would like to know this as well. Everyone pretty much already expected them to win November and probably December in the US due to halo but then they added the numerous bundles and fire sales and then go back to pre holiday levels.
There was no comeback. Just lots of wishful thinking.
No but it doesn't need to. As long as Microsoft keeps giving us games like sunset overdrive, forza horizon, quantum break, ect, that's all I care about. :D

By this time next year, ps4 at its current sales rate is projected to sell better than its first year of 18.5 million which means ps4 will be in the neighborhood of 36-38 million WW.
Xbox one will not even be close to that number and probably selling somewhere around 10-13 million on the yearly which would put it at ...
So much pain, denial, sadness and salt coming from this post.

Hes using March 2000 to Sept 2001for ps2 sales numbers which is a whopping 18 months.
Ps4 on the other hand has only been out for 13 1/2 months and is nearly already passed the ps2 numbers by far earlier which means Ps4 is tracking far ahead of ps2.
Now just imagine if the ps4 was the same price as the Wii launched at. Wow.

It has the spirit of the ps1 & ps2 running through its veins. Of course it can't be stopped.
Best to just accept it and move on. Cause it's only going to get worse from here for a certain console camp.

Meanwhile they should be asking Microsoft how many consoles they've sold lately instead of the comical "approaching 10 million shipped soon" response LOL

Not me. They should really include ps1/ps2 as most ppl have either already played ps3, still have a ps3 or have or are planning on getting a ps4.
Playing ff7,8 & 9, MGS2 & 3, ssx and more on ps4 with the dual shock 4 would be pure heaven for this old ass gamer.
Can we buy a whole year's worth at a discounted rate of like say $80-90 like Amazon does it with their prime service?
Also probably won't subscribe until ps1/ps2 games become available as I didn't care much for the ps3 library.
Sorry but the first two PS consoles are where it's at. Give me SSX playable on my PS4 and I'll be one happy gamer :D
Hate to be this guy, but sunset overdrive and forza horizon2 didn't even make the npd charts for their respective months so those games barely made a blip on most ppls radar.
As much as I love both games, they were huge flops. Just like driveclub for Sony was. And even though all three were sales flops, I love all three and they're some of my favorite games from last year.
Awesome can't wait. Hopefully the extreme sports genre makes a big comeback like survival horror is having right now and we get an awesome new ssx, atv off-road fury, and wave race style games.
Played halo mcc campaign of halo 1, forza motorsport 5, ryse, gta5 ps4, sleeping dogs definitive edition ps4. That's the beauty of single player games, even if the network goes down, you won't notice it much since your game doesn't rely on it, unlike Destiny or titanfall do.

I wish whatever console they make next, they would keep the GameCube controller as the standard for their future consoles, adding a better d-pad, and building a graphically competent machine.
Add in a blu Ray player, backward compatibility for Wii U and GameCube games, and launch at $299-399.
Get better 3rd party relationships for games like FF, street fighter, gta, ect.
That would be my wish for a next gen Nintendo console.
Region locked or not, the ps4 will rule China just as it does the rest of the world. might be hard for some people to admit but it's the truth.
Nothing wrong with Xbox though, I'm having a blast with mine since Christmas, but outside of America, it doesn't really stand much of a chance.
The US market last gen accounted for approximately 45 million Xbox 360s, but now that the ps4 is having much better success here than the ps3 had, I doubt Xbox one ...
But that's for the end of the year. What about the other 10 months of the year for Xbox?
For comparison sake, ps4 has the order, bloodborne, final fantasy 10/10-2 hd, one piece pirate warriors 3, Godzilla, jump all stars, ultra street fighter 4, all within the first half of this year, not to mention exclusive content and marketing for batman and battlefield hardline.
The lineup for Xbox one is looking a tad dry at this point with no big notable exclusives ...
