I wish they never dropped the price to begin with. It's an insult to kojima that we have to pay so cheaply for a game of that grandeur. As big of a fan of metal gear and the legendary kojima, i can say this game is not a true next gen title. For example , when comparing mgs5 gz ps3/ps4, is the same as comparing tomb raider/definitive version. What we have here is a ps3 game with minor obvious enhancements like frame rates and resolution. I can't wait for a proper ps4 metal gear.Still its amazing for what it is right now.

i kind of hate the fact infamous and mgs5 are releasing in the same time frame. Alot of the buzz and hype is going to infamous and i don't really hear any craze for ground zeroes. I think a majority of ps4 owners played infamous on ps3 but probably weren't around for metal gear. Either way ground zeroes should have released a month after infamous .
he is right, same issue with assassins creed 4, mgs5. If the games were built from the ground up to take advantage of next gen consoles the visuals will look alot better.
No developer is trying to max out the ps4 , they want to always leave room for improvement so in the sequels/future games etc they can boast about improvement in graphics. Consumers love hearing about improved graphics.

NOT really, these screenshots are bullshots. Mgs4 looked better than those. Different levels of mgs4 had its own colors. It wasnt all grey, but then again its war time, kojima chose the colors for a reason. My only issue with mgs4 was that it was broken into chapters, unlike mgs3. Mgs3 is still the game to beat.
Why would they invest on a no campaign game with last gen graphics?
The graphics of the first screenshot reminds me of something that came out in 2008. Kinda like fear 2. Glossy tiles, aliasing jaggied lines, shadown that are blurred and not straight. Textures aren't that great. Ive seen better screenshots in uncharted and last of us. I don't doubt this game will look good come release, but i still don't see anything that will blow me away than what i have seen in the past.
Meh, i've seen better looking games on ps3. I know that this game will probably take 20/30% of the power of ps4, but i still feel like both ps4/xboxoen aren't true next gen systems. I have not seen a game with ground breaking physics, ai, visuals and immersiveness all in one package that feels different to last gen.
