I think the Redwood Studio will first do Dante's Inferno which looks VERY VERY promising to me. But hey - Dead Space 2 will be great of course.

We have excluded the Playstation Store games from the list, so its only Retail games, we might post a Playstation store top exclusive list if demand is high, but its all a lot of work :-)
Uncharted Waters online is a exclusive game from Koei, A MMO.
Not really my kind of game but I'm sure it will have some fans on the playstation :-) Its very popular in japan.
But this just the start of the list so its normal that a unknown exclusive game is in it, not every game is hyped like Killoze 2 for example :P
