I don't think its gonna happen this year. The vita just released and I f anything that's going to be the showcase this year for Sony. They want to take some of the handheld market away from Nintendo and Apple with the ipad and iphone 4s.
Maybe next year but I think its to soon for Sony. Microsoft on the other hand may be revealing their new system. Since they had a one year head start on Sony and Nintendo.

Yeah Apple pretty much has the whole Tablet thing wrapped up imo. I don't see why anyone would want a Tablet dedicated to gaming anyway. most of the games I see on them is something that would occupy your attention no more then 30 minutes then you turn it off. There May be a Niche market for this thing but If I want to play "PC" games I Play them on my "PC"

I find it funny when people who don't Play PC games criticize Us for talking about how awesome it is. Its like being mad at someone who drives a Ferrari because you can only afford a Chevy. We invest Thousands of our hard earned dollars into a device and if we want to brag and boast about it's our business.

I said the exact same thing. Diablo "project" was being worked on for consoles not Diablo III. I just don't see how the whole battle.net would work on console. I'm a big SC2 fan and I just don't see that coming to console's mainly the 360. The PS3 is a more open platform and portal 2 did have steam stat tracking so you never know...
Yeah I hear a lot of console only guys say the same thing about sitting down in front of their 50 inch and playing on the couch. I tell them just hook up your pc to the TV its that simple. Just purchase a gamepad and your all set. Xbox 360 controllers work well for the PC and there's software to use your ps3 Controller as well.
I prefer the Keyboard and mouse for most of the games I play on my pc though but o well
yeah I built my first Gaming PC last year and I'm loving it. Use to play civ 4 on my laptop but that was the only PC game I've ever played and got into. Put almost 2 grand into my Rig and its been worth every penny. Also own a PS3 but as of late its just been a netflix box lol.
Those of you who only play console should really give PC gaming a shot its well woth the investment. And Steam is awesome as well. Games are so cheap in the long run you will save tons ...
Any publicity is Good for this game. I think that tweet is just proof that the release is right around the corner. Would love to see this on consoles but let's be honest. Us PC gamers deserve this more than anyone.

probably what took so long to release. I built a new gaming rig last year and have only been playing pc games for about a year Minus Civ 4. This and Starcraft 2 are one the main reasons why I jumped on the PC Ship. Glad Console owners will be able to experience this game because it looks awesome.

I don't plan on purchasing a Vita anytime soon if ever. But I'm sure that the handheld will slowly gain ground. Success isn't about selling tons of units in a short time frame. It's about being consistent over long periods and Sony has shown that it's capable of doing that.
Even though the psp struggled the vita is a whole new machine and concept so please stop comparing the two. Plus this is just in Japan!
