Sleeping Dogs was ok, it has been done before. There was a Matrix: Path of Neo on PC which was pretty awesome for it's time and very similar. There was some other game almost exactly like it also where you played a character just like Sleeping Dogs and practically did all the same stuff.

Probably would kill your Vita's battery in one game because that is why Dualshock is not in the Vita, it would also take away power from the processor and other components just to have it vibrate.
