Great core games take time to release and seeing as how they are releasing more core games(Mario,Zelda,Metroid,SSBB ,Kart,etc.)in a shorter time span then on any other Nintendo system shouts load about how they do care about their core gamers.
Thing is,more casual games are flooding the market at such a pace that you hear about 100 casual games before you hear 1 core game.That kills what ever good you do to people who are not informed on core titles...

Metroid is a different type of game,more exploration than FPS.This game will sell if the controls are like Metroid yes.......but i really hope they stick the online aspect of the game.16 player(HV stated) deathmatches with wii controls.........cant wait.

All i will say is companies go where the money is,and right now where is all the money?
Sony and MS may not get full motion controllers( i think they will) but i do believe they will cater to the casuals and this WILL happen and your starting to see it now in the form of LBP,Viva Pinata,80 versions of Guitar Hero,and the vast amount of casual games that are on the xbox and ps3 already.
They will not stray to far from the "hardcore" but trust me,they want money and right ...
I think companies will support it for a while but i also think the BB will be an added on feature like its becoming in games like Skate It,etc. where you can play without it but playing with it enhances the fun.
Next gen sony and ms wont stray to far from the mature themed games but i do believe they will push the casual envelope alittle more next generation not because they want to but because there is money in it.

Im not gonna lie i really liked Umbrella Chronicles alot.Capcom obviously took some time with that game and it shows.Although im with you on the whole new game.Although they already technically did that i think they should do a whole different game right now for wii.

true but accelerometers are already int he wii remote and yes i will agree with you on that.
well the wii remote sends information to nunchuck so its possible that just having the nunchuck connected to the motion plus could in turn increase its performance.
