honestly i doubt animal crossing is the only game out this holiday season...they havent announced something.Ign has the release date for wiisports resort being spring.Animal crossing cant be their hardcore title...it just cant.

yea i was disappointed just because there were only like 6 games shown.wtf....and to pizzaz about the ps3 getting the ff first...your wrong they come out the same time.......IGN has that story.
See though people are gonna want to run and gun...when if theres 8 teams that involves strategy.
What if your sneaking up behind a group and one person in your group shots their gun prematurely?....or one person in your team doesnt like the idea and just goes in full bore...not to mention youll prolly die right after you respawn.
for this to work your gonna need maps 4 times as big as halo capture the flag.

Honestly e3 was a dud.Sony showed stuff that i have been doing on my computer for years now(renting movies,watching racing news).They did show off a great exclusive with Mag.Besides that though nothing special everyhitng is coming out next year.
and the reason the ff news was so epic is because sony fanboys were nut hugging that exclusive with an iron fist ...all of a sudden its not exclusive anymore and sony fans say"yea whatever".

Nintendo failed this year..then sony and microsoft were i think head to head just because sony had a very long conference and microsoft had the bomb heard round the world.
sony didnt dominate.......although they did have the longest conference.I was actually expecting more........where is twisted metal or new ip's.Besides Mag(which 256 players is crazy) there was no new ip that we didnt know about.
I mean half the time they were talking about how the ps3 is a computer.You can buy and rent movies,gt tv,home,etc..........where is all the games.
it was dull,no punch-out,no f-zero,no zelda,no star fox........only thing hardcore gamers got was voice chat,and 1:1 control upgrade.Animal crossing isnt hardcore IMO.

True.The tech that was in the playstation was developed by sony for nintendo.In an era when exclusives are the golden standard.This annoucement is huge.

go to ign.com....there they have hints towards a new zelda,kid icarus,punchout,and how the motionplus actually is 1:1.there is also conversation about 1080, and wave race.I think e3 was a prelude to something bigger from what matt cassamasina talks about
they also talk about how the new add-on will be packaged with new remotes down the line.
