I was lucky, my email came immediately and I was able to change p/w....my immediate response is 'how does Sony miss this?' but then with them working to get everything back online, they must be swamped so can't blame them for missing a few things....

I don't get hackers, they can't seem to get their story straight. You can't help but question their motives when it's like 'We're against piracy....but here's the means to do it'
I'm not sure what kind of satisfaction comes from going 'Yeah!!! We broke the PS3' and the only ones cheering go 'Oh yeah!!! now we can hack and cheat and make the gaming experience miserable for everybody else!! whoo!!!'

It was probably wrong to call my not buying COD anymore a 'boycott', I didn't do it to burn Activision (still don't like the buggers though) or COD or anything.
I was just tired of the series, that's all. I'm happy with my decision because that's +$99 in my pocket to spend on something else you know ?
I don't like Activision, but if they publish a good game I'm going to get it.
IMO, I agree with the article, you can boycott, but for now Acti's gonna keep going. Boycotting should be about you, I've stopped buying COD games, I know I'm not going to bring down the company, but doesn't it feel good to know that that's an extra $60 in your pocket (or in Australia's case $99) that you can save up or spend on something else that you like?? Don't they have that thing at the end that says something along the lines of that the game/movie is entirely fictional and if any aspect of it bares resemblance to real-life it's a coincidence???
