You actually have to sign an arbitration agreement before you back a project and there are other rights you sign away as well. This prevents people from suing kickstarter as they're just middlemen for the whole process. With that being said, Kickstarter also has a big legal team that will no doubt go after projects that were funded and not delivered.

Looks interesting.

There's just something about the name of this game... It's different and I like it.

Yes and no. The PS4's GPU uses a customized feature set that includes elements of Open GL and DX.

Ok so you're saying that after 2 houses of congress (elected by the people) passed a bill, the president (elected by the people) signed the bill into law, and the Supreme court upheld the law as constitutional that the end result (after following the constitutional process) is somehow unconstitutional?

That's not a very good argument because we already pay for schools even if you don't have kids, roads with no cars and military when you're against war.

Everyone talks about strong communities, but when they ask you to pitch in a couple extra dollars so that EVERYONE can have basic healthcare we forget about neighbors helping neighbors and return to "every man for himself".

Ich weiss nicht? Wie schwer ist es?

Yeah the "blue screw of death". It was easy to strip in the PS3. If anyone is attempting it, I suggest using needle nose pliers from the start.

It's like the media believes that if it says something over and over that it will eventually come true. Dogs and cats can live together. So can mobile devices and game systems.

That was a good video. I'm looking forward to this game.

I agree. I like the "look" of the new store, but I like the old search better.

***SPOILER***
It makes sense why it jumps around in the end. Well, the ending that I had.

I don't agree with him about Mortal Kombat. The original MK movie was great for its time and probably the best movie basted on a game to date.

Finished my first playthrough yesterday. Will play through again once I finish Ni No Kuni. Made the mistake of buying Ni No Kuni and The Last of Us on the same day.

I got an email about an hour ago about this. I'm glad it got sorted out. They could have at least waved the shipping cost for all the hassle :/ I still haven't decided what game to replace WD with.

Yeah I have this bundle preordered as well, but I'm not canceling anything. I'll wait until Ubi/Sony and Amazon sort it out. By canceling you're likely going to miss out this year because there's no other preorder option available.

How will the PS4 struggle vs X1 in exclusives?

It should be possible for them to do something like VUDU's disk to digital program.

I think Ellie only looks like Ellen Page in screen shots. When she's in motion in the game, the resemblance disappears.

Yes they are 3D models with the shaders turned off (a little more complicated than that, but that's the general idea). The shadows are baked into the animations that are hand drawn (thousands of them!) ASW is using the Unreal Engine (which is a 3D game engine) for their new Guilty Gear Xrd game. There are many forums online discussing how hard this is to pull off.

@Abriael, yeah I should have said that in the OP. They have been working on this technique for a long time ...
