Ryse 2013 looks better than any game on PS4 released in 2013 ,it won SIGGRAPH award for best graphics
I'm pretty sure RDR2 , death stranding on PC will look better than many games in many ways let's not forget horizon 4 , gears 5 and quantum break, star citizen and other games especially in advanced tech and ray tracing mods on PC
