Im pretty sure Uplay+ is just for PC and Stadia... That's what they announced at their E3 briefing unless they've recently changed their plans.
The issue with that right... is that you then run the (very VERY) real risk of everyone then turning around and saying OMGGG this is LITERALLY JUST A CLONE OF SMASH!!!!! And people clowning it out the park... I liked how the game focused on the finishers and that there were 3 variations of each finisher adding a deep strategic element to when and how to use your finisher... The game also DID offer stocks and time mode.. Kills got you points and deaths lost you points so the amount of strategy...

PLUS Bungie have gone on record to state they were done with Halo a while back but MS wouldn't let the developer work on anything else and Bungie made 2 more games before breaking away to work on something new and birth their new IP..
