They don't, as said before many times by Shuhei himself. The PS4 hardware supports remote play, all the developers have to do is create a control layout obviously since the Vita doesn't have as many buttons as the DS4.
It was also stated that it will be mandatory that all developers with games that can use remote play create a control scheme for the PS Vita.

I wasn't really going to comment here but reading the first comment, I had to. Why did you even have to mention the PS4? Now I have to correct you with just about everything.
Why are you acting like because the Xbox One now supports Unity, it is better? Did you guys even watch Gamescon when Sony officially confirmed Unity on PS4 before (not that it really matters when they did)? Guess not..

Lol Foxgod.. Really all I can do is laugh at that comment. Forza backgrounds are static and that is fact along with everything else like the baked lighting, no night racing, no weather.
Drive Club trumps it in every category because it isn't missing any of that and the backgrounds are way more detailed than Forza's as they are actually in 3D.

Took the words right out of my mouth. I haven't been interested in FPS in a long time besides a short few, they used to be my favorite genre of games and literally all I would play. I love mercenary cause it feels rooted, reminds of the good old days of FPS that were challenging like when CoD was actually a good game and just as balanced.
Pretty sure they used the same voice from the girl they previously asked, who said Xbox One. If you go back a little, you'll notice their voices are identical.
So its likely a voice over for amusement. Just like I pointed out the first person who finally said Xbox, they just cut the music and it was quiet pause lol.

I loved the Neo-Geo Pocket but this is too much. They say "inspired" but a lot of the characters especially Naomi look exactly like ones you would find in KoF.

Word! Physical copies are the way to go in my book for the same reason, resell value. Digital just sucks because although you pay for it, you don't actually technically own it. I would hate an all digital age because of that.
Only time I get anything digital is when its the only option.
