yeah the delay did help this alot, and by what rockstar are saying it seems almost complete so it may be end of feb beginning of march we might see this.
I have read some really good previews of this in the last couple of days and it just keeps looking and sounding much much better.

What a GEM, i loved this game back on the dreamcast. oh man i wish sega whould do a next gen remake of this. i had so much fun blasting around the streets and doing mad jumps in the taxi, i can even remember where the first KFC you see is from where you start.

@Mr_Kuwabara : euro xbox live gets it tommorow same as US xbox live (which is a change) Euro psn gets it next week unlike the US psn that gets it tommorow.
@decApitator : US and Euro Xbox live/PSN sometimes have different updates, more psn than live. none of those stories mention the euro release or euro psn delay, therefore not a dupliacte.
