You need them to actually tell you that they are making it, I thought it would be pretty obvious that they are heavily into it, it's not so much a matter of if but when it will release. They would never drop their big game, I think they are just being smart about when to announce the release it.
I wonder when the patch that isn't on steam will arrive.

By being the first in the order, a precedent is being set. This allows others to follow, knowing that if another company got away with something then so can others.

I agree with the huf :P I've logged about 9 hours in the game, and I am only three missions in because I have been doing a lot of the other activities and just fooling around. The game is a ton of fun (which is all that matters to me), the city doesn't feel as alive as other games but the other improvements make it up in my opinion. I love the fact that new vehicles are unlocked continually like hover bikes,tron vehicles etc... it makes the game addictive.
Its addictive, a little short but a lot of fun.
There is no regen health read some of the previews, it has been mentioned many times.
I have an nvidia 560ti and so far the games been silky smooth. It's quite weird that ATI is having problems considering I see their logo every time I start it up. I wonder what further optimizations will come, I personally hope its further grass distance.

I havnt experienced any issues with the ui. I use both my mouse and keybourd at the same time so I fly through all the menus with no trouble, then instead of using the favourites menu I have mapped them to numbers so its as quick as changing a gun in a FPS. I can see how it would be a problem though if your brain isn't wired in a certain way
Its looking really good, I enjoyed the first risen so I can't wait to check out this one.
Yeah that really is a shocker, was expecting it to atleast get nominated in rpg of the year instead of dragon age 2, and best graphics instead of L.A Noire.
