this is legit, and i believe them, i cant imagine how hard it must be to implement this junk to work.
i confused them :) i see both versions well now and i do not need my eyes checked. the ps3 version is a tad darker, but the graphics for this game are crap.

EDITED ps3 version seems a tad brighter, thats about it, pretty much identical though
