1. there exclusives and Sony owns the IP which means it's coming to 360/PC or wii regardless
2. aside from uncharted 2 I am not impressed with there exclusives specfically MGS4,Heavy rain,GOW3 and KZ2 haven't played KZ3 but judgeing by the gameplay footage and trailer I would say it barely looks much better then KZ2
and btw 90% of Multi games look better on the 360
