Its not a dedicated app but it is pretty much the PS3 Youtube app, and you can navigate using the d-pad so added bonus.

Hmm, I thought you meant they weren't extras because you needed PS+ to play online, not that they weren't extras because you have to pay the MMO subscription.
Confused as balls now about if you get the extras for having a PS+ subscription or if its purely for the MMO subscription, in which case you'd be right and I'm a pleb.

The lack of PS cameras in the title of the article is referring to a lack of available stock, not a lack of interest.
Not everyone wants the camera, and for those that do, it's still cheaper buying them separately than buying an Xbox One.

Open up the streaming app and search Ishin, there's only one stream at the moment but it's of the game.
Unless you can watch PC streams on the PS4..
