If all this comes to fruition in 2017, I would be worried.... like genisys coming online, end of world.... but if wrong, wow, will be amazing to have one service across all devices.... how can people possibly complain????

Kinect is a really nice piece of hardware, could have made better use of it, but did not.... now its limp... Maybe it could work some way with Hololens?

Ed, they way they deliver games may also change..... I can imagine you would be downloading the code you need at the time you need it. I am not sure too that game sizes will have that substantial jump in size too. I am not a fan of digital either, I like my collections, collectors editions and so on..... They would die overnight. Infrastructure is improving all the time, to be good enough for digital only future in about 5 years, who knows. Discs are a dying breed, there will be improvements in storage, and maybe that storage, like the new micro SD cards with huge capacities will be used, where you could download a game at a kiosk, activate it at home....

I am sure MS will have certain things around Minecraft that would be exclusive to Windows 10, maybe skins, editions and so on, but the game itself will be on anything. Saying Minecraft 2 should be exclusive is very dangerous here... Like bringing out the bible in Mecca....

Domination or not, still great games to be played on both, and some that can only be found on one or the other.... to be honest, like the first year or two of last gen, it was a drought between games, but once it got going, it was a great ride.... If you stick with one console, that is fine, but no need to bash the other.... Multiplats count too, there is not a 1st party exclusive every week....
