Totally. I hit level 10 last night and have only teamed up with someone once who was calling for help on a mission that I just finished moments earlier solo. It can get overwhelming if you're not prepared but it makes it so much more satisfying when you come out in the end. The enemy AI is pretty good in that it is varied and you need to be smart. You'll have enemies coming at you from all angles. Running and gunning is not an option. Using cover and skills is absolutely necessary.
I bought the first one on sale last month on a whim and instantly got drawn in despite hesitation. Absolutely love it. We've been burned in the past by games overpromising new systems that ended up being very shallow. Watchdogs among others come to mind. I'd like to believe that what they are describing here isn't just fluff on the surface, an illusion that what you do actually matters, but that it really does raise the bar. I can't wait to find out.
So, an article supposedly about comparing what we were expecting and what we got, with no actual comparisons. Some of these 15 SLIDES don't even have screenshots at all. Bravo.
Neat.
I just replaced a 4K HDR 60hz screen with a 1080p 144hz screen and honestly I prefer the speed over resolution. I never thought I'd say that, but here we are.
Those games still exist.... this is not one of them.
Not with that attitude. Warframe and Path of Exile are perfect examples of F2P done right.
"...is not demanding at all"... "Graphics wise, God Eater 3 is not a particularly impressive game." and all it took for silky smooth, 4k/60fps gameplay is our $1200+ gpu.... smh
I cannot stand titles like this.
Bought the founders pack and grinded out for the first few weeks and haven't thought about it since. I guess I need to see where it is now.
Now this looks like something I could get lost in. FIngers crossed.
I did this in a PUG with NO TEXT CHAT (a known "missing" feature) in the demo and no headsets as I understand the majority of players did. We ran around like idiots for 15 minutes until someone found a video.
You do know what an "alpha" is, right? The purpose behind it?
And what, pray tell, do you play that makes this so cringe worthy and low quality may I ask?
Understanding none of the technical reasons behind this, hearing that anything is tied to framerate blows my mind. I remember with Fallout76 some feature was not implemented early because animation speed was tied to it. Why would anything be programmed like this?
Butterfly wings and small changes that should have been implemented ages ago. The RORG buff is nice, but as someone who has played many a season, this is simply not enough to warrant going back.
I honestly have to wonder if these developers have ever actually seen a real naked woman move. Do they actually think having breasts larger than their head is sexy or plausible?
I use a 40" 4k TV as my PC monitor and I love it, but I have a real though time actually referring to it as a monitor. That would suggest you can comfortably sit at your desk, which I feel 40" is about the limit. 55" is huge.
And Yet It Moves should be on this list. Absolutely loved it when I would get messed up. The music alone is worth a play through.
I started with D2 LoD and put hundreds of hours in. After which I went back to D1 and found it slow and boring. D3 is another one I have put an unhealthy amount of time into, but for different reasons. A lot of recent reviews are stating just how difficult it is, and how you need to choose your battles. D2 seems to be way more hack and slash and D3 is just over the top, which is one reason I enjoy it. I guess my point is that they seem to be 3 very different games and not part of a cohesive w...
