This is really crappy proof. "The Legend of Zelda HD Collection" is 33 characters long? That's really solid.
It looks a little bland, but incredibly solid for the price. Impressed!
Unfortunately there will probably not be a price drop. Enough interest is being expressed through various channels that I bet they'll sell out of their "very limited run" (See official BethBlog post) before the rest of us can scavenge the remains.
You can probably count on a few rips of the "making-of" DVD finding their way onto the interwebs.
I guess people disregarded the "Rumor" category. All we have to go on right now is speculation. My article simply says that, given current information, this is what it's looking like.
And I cite my sources, so feel free to draw your own conclusions from it. I looked at the raw clock speed in MHz of each system's GPU to determine my result. I did the best I could with what we have. If anyone would like to show me some more realistic numbers rather than simply...
I'm just saying, you alone cannot determine its worth to everyone. It might not have been worth $60 to you, but there are people like me who got much enjoyment out of it.
I personally enjoyed the single player mode. The story made no sense, but I was always having fun; never a dull moment. My experience was with the LAN mode, where I had dozens of hours of enjoyment with friends.
Highly biased (language to the effect of "Modern Warfare 2 wasn't worth $60") and riddled with technical errors, but it's worth a read for making you really *look* at what you're getting with a Collector's Edition.
Thank you for the very constructive criticism. I have made changes to the specific areas you mentioned.
Amen! Great analysis.
