Techland have a lot to prove if they want to brag about game play time. Because they've demonstrated in previous title bland side quests and filler fetch quests. I am excited to play their game for the main quests but will definitely skip through most of the junk missions unless they are on the way to main quests. I don't think them bragging about 500 hours of gameplay is a good thing.
I mean it's the studios first AAA game in quite a while and a brand new IP. It's very rare to have games with those characteristics to score highly. You look at top game series like Uncharted and even the first game wasn't perfect....so I just don't know why this guy keeps bashing everything and himself. Just move on already.
Next jornos will be demanding Sony solve world hunger with VR as well.
I had a hunch the announcement/release will be soon and sold all my PSVR hardware a few months ago.
The success of Siege was a huge influence into why Ubisoft were doing these things. Once they find an angle to make GaaS game companies get really greedy.
And it's understandable. Look at the profits made by PUBG.
Well at least it's better than the Asahi TV viewers list....not saying much though.
This would've been good 15 years ago, but now?
Having a 3080ti you can see it's very unsustainable and the heat generation is fairly awful to game with.
Unfortunately with the exorbitant prices orchestrated by Nvidia and signs they intend on keeping it that way, I can't see them putting the brakes on bigger and bigger graphics cards.
Super Metroid isn't even in top 100.
Looks way better than the Mario sets. They really screwed up that one.
Games like Judgement are the reason why I still drop $60 on games. If the devs make a game out of passion and are honest with their intentions then they deserve my support.
I got into it since day 1 Early access. The ideas are good and the approach is unique....but that's really it. There's really little co-op other than needing your team members to provide DPS on to the horde or to carry equipment that you can't carry.
I'm fairly disappointed that the team behind Payday basically learnt nothing from co-op mechanics in Payday. Yes the game is hard but only because the game is imbalanced ammo and health wise. Once you figure ou...
Cool advertisement but very odd that this has come out so late to sell the game to who exactly in Japan?
Took some dodgy Asian F2P FPS game to teach Remedy to make a game with proper shooting mechanics. That's how how much you should tone done your expectations on this. Remedy are only good at story telling to the extent of red herrings but shooting mechanics is something that'll take a miracle to save themselves with.
Can't you guys just be satisfied with Dakimakura's instead?
Crazy how such as low effort game like Fate/Grand can make so much money all these years later.
It'll never happen because resolutions are steadily increasing and therefore the resolution of raytracing needs to follow. Resolution scaling is exponential so it's even more difficult.
AI processing is the way to go. Things like DLSS has been a miracle for PC game, just like all those innovative AA solutions like FXAA was 7 years ago. As things are it's not sustainable.
I have a 3080ti and I've never turned on ray tracing except to just try it. It's just the new PhysX of this generation, poor benefit to cost ratio.
I'd bet within two generations of graphics card generations you'll see an AI based approximation of RT negating any need to process it this heavily to begin with.
Why don't you read up about it, like you're literally commenting about a game you don't even understand.
The ageing mechanic is just a visual representation of play style mechanics. It's really no different to Dark Souls having you turn hollow which halves your life but giving you benefits.
Once again a limited edition locked behind their shitty store exclusive that overseas fans don't have access to. This couldn't have been any more shitty till you realize it's taken them 10 years to localize this and only because they just simply paid for a fan translation.
NIS could not be any more shit.
