Did you not see the comments in the PSBlog yesterday after the the US PSN Update from US users? PPL were >DEMANDING< that Americans by nature do not wait for things and deserve them now.
Everyone complains granted, but if you are going to try and imply that the US gets treated worse than the EU for content & pricing etc & hence has no need to complain, I would seriously re-think that if I were you.

It's sick and all, but if it had the BC of 80GB or dare I say it the US launch 60GB, it would be the sickest bundle in history!!
It's exactly the same thing theMart does and has been doing, they're on some weird "don't buy a PS3 now buy one later when the price is <insert figure here>, instead 360 is needed now" viral marketing BS it's so transparent it's not funny.

people are not "Crying" for crying's sake, they are just cautious of certain developers churning out turd games simply because they now have a pre-made engine for little effort. Having UE3 doesn't automatically make your game good there have been more than a few abominations made from that engine.
I'm in the beta & it works well, it's just the same people saying "open beta now" would be the most annoyed when the app freezes on them
But baby steps. When (touch wood) they see how much power FF7 still has, without having to think up a story & characters etc. then they can put their minds to work on the sequel !!!
It should actually be limited & those who REALLY wanted it should have pre-ordered it ASAP

When certain Games are too short, we are not pleased but certain reviewers give them a free pass, an epic sounding game comes along that looks to have everything nailed, but now it's as if no-one has ever played MGS before & it's going to be too long. This is F***ing Ridiculous!!

It wasn't really directed solely @ you, it's just whenever Europeans get shafted & complain we're made out to be the biggest complainers (funnily enough I tend to be one of the ones who feels complaining doesn't help & it's probably why those statements annoy me the most) when in reality everyone complains when they feel an injustice.
