$430 for a 4gb console w/ 2 casual games and kinect? What real gamer is going to buy a 4gb console? I imagine a lot of soccer moms and housewives who want to get fit for the pool cleaner may pick it up but certainly not me. Sorry but that's not tipping me I'm afraid. I picked up a 320gb PS3 w/ move and 1 game for $399..now that's value.
@below Troll? Nope, just saying if it was a 120gb/250gb 360 it would be a value but a 4gb certainly isn't.

Kinect still requires a good deal of processing power from the Xbox since MS cut costs on the original design so don't expect any titles with great graphics. Hence all Kinect games looking somewhat Wiish.
