First thing first, people need to understand that weighty feel and input lag are two different things.
Input lag is about the responsiveness of the controller input and weighty feel comes from your perception of the animation and speed of your character.
I loved the weighty feel of K2 but disliked the input lag. So this is great news.
They r not getting rid of the heavy or weighty feel which mainly comes from the animation. They r getting rid of the input lag which is about the responsiveness of the controller input.

The way it's going, I wouldn't be surprised if Wii U does not make it. It's been absolutely horrible for the Wii U.
