Yes and you can add a little more to kick it up a notch(don't forget psn+ subscription), but you should also know that the price for games, deals and collections are much much cheaper on PC and u can still upgrade your rig at any time. Online is free and the games get modded to oblivion giving a new experience with the same game for free. In the end it's a personal computer so you can use it as one too and not only for games.
