Guys, if you have stuttering just edit the Poolsize value. It's in the Xengine file located in your Bioshock Infinite folder in your Documents. Just edit it to the appropriate value based on your GPU's vram. That and use D3DOverrider to force vysnc and tripple buffering.
That solved 95 percent of my stuttering. It's still there but it's nowhere near as noticeable as it was when I first played the game and it's totally playable now.
