@Sam Fisher: so you think that they will not earn their money charging 60$ a piece, start calculating 60$ by a million cause i'm sure that they'll sell at least a million and then tell me if they will not benefit from their work, one thing is getting paid for your work and the other is getting greedy and trying to get too much for something that could have cost the same.

Sony is forgetting that we are the ones spending the money, once we bought it is our stuff and not theirs they can not do whatever they want with our stuff.

I really shouldn't have downloaded this daaaammm firmware, i have my ps3 since early 2007 never had no problems until i downloaded Fw 3.0, freezing problems (never had them before) my 1 month old Dualshock 3 control stop working as soon as downloaded this F...king fw, sony really meesed up there and they should do something fast to fix this issue.
This is exactly why i've always said that firmware updates should be optional and not mandatory.

i don't think anygame deserve a 10/10, a 10 out 10 means that the game is perfect and in my mind no game is perfect, better said nothing is perfect.

I do understand what you'r saying, and let me tell you this, i bought my ps3 back in December 06 and that means that December 09 My ps3 will be 3yrs old, i've had only one issue, the erased files issue, other than that no problems at all, but put yourself in does people that downloaded FW 2.40 and had their PS3 bricked shoes, what would have happened if the fw was not mandatory? lots of PS3 users would've wait and their PS3's would not have needed to be repaired.
