umm the slim last very long man..... i still havent found anyone with a ps3 slim that doesnt work (by factory reasons)... mine broke because it dropped from the cabinet to the floor (it was my fault) .. and my friend gave me the 250gb for free . the ps3 slim would last until the ps4 im sure
