I said that even before the Pro came out. It's to sell 4K TV's just like with 3D games and movies to sell 3D TV's. These companies have to give us, the consumers a reason to upgrade to 4k. Right now I still don't see a need too cause I'm fine with my 1080p TV.

I'm at the age now that playing on a small screen doesn't satisfy me like it used to as a kid. I don't even like playing games on my phone. I may play often but I like to play on a TV 32' or more.
Depends on what the budget was. Alot of people seem to think just because a game sold in the millions it's a success but not always.
To me it would have done more if it was 3rd person like it always been but they went to 1st person. If it's not broken don't fix it.

At the end of the day PS4 Pro will still offer more games than Scorpio. It's a fact.
The average person won't care about checkerboard trickery because they will buy what offers more value for their money. PS4 isn't the #1 selling console for nothing.
This is not confirmed by the developers so it could be 1080p on release day. If not 900p is fine to me. Tekken will still be fun to play no matter the resolution.
Since Scorpio is this beastly 4K machine like you guys say then no price should be too high. Don't complained if it's $600+. You want the best then pay the price.
Doubt it. Most of the best Tekken players are on PS so the little Xbox kids will rage quit 1st.
LOL PS4 is in it's own league. Some think the gap will close once Scorpio comes but it won't. It will just keep growing cause of the games. Spider Man, GOW, GTSport, Days Gone, and so many others that the competition can't compete with.
They look the same and play the same. Keep counting pixels all you guys want, it don't make a game better.
@bolimekurac I was never one of those people. No matter what the resolution is/was, long as the game plays good.
Will it affect gameplay and fun factor? I think not so counting pixels really means nothing cause to the human eye they both will look the same.
Nintendo does the same games over and over again. Nothing wrong with that cause Mario and Zelda are their cash cows but Sony are the only ones investing in new ips. There's really no competition at all.
Scorpio won't make a difference either. It's like a Ferrari with no gas and gas being games.

I agree should be Scorpio but most likely MS didn't want people to think it was a brand new next gen console but just a upgraded XB One.
