That's fine, i find your stance to be too forgiven.
I disagree with some of points highlighted. Not all games need to have a reward system or unlocks.
Err...there's like three posts on the site (and on n4g the site) praising Siege. I even say I like the game about three times in the post. I feel bad that you wrote a proper essay of a reply but totally overlooked the praise given towards the game.

yes it is being criticised for not releasing more maps and modes. It's 90% multiplayer only, it needs to grow to continue being fun. I'm not giving them a free pass because I like the game, and nor should you. Unless you enjoy playing the same maps over and over and over and over.
I know it's a strange concept in today's market, but you can critique games you enjoy.
It's not going to be full price, and plat know what they're doing. I'm just taking a positive look at things

All of the consoles now act as a welcoming home for indies. It's pretty nifty given there's a fair few seasons where little comes out, that's when indies are perfect

It's a £10.99 game that nails tactical multiplayer action. How would it be better to have weapon unlocks hidden by some forced in levelling system?
I get it's a niche game, the same way it was a niche mod, but it accomplishes what it sets out to do. It's not for everyone, the harshness of the closing paragraph certainly confirms it in this case :P
