That's the exact reason why the marketing was such a flop. They never got over what the game was, instead they focused on who made it and the characters in it.
or take Pitchford away from social media and media talks, along with hacking up a new marketing team. No one had a clue what Battleborn was as a game due to their promotional material only focusing on 'FROM THE MAKERS OF BORDERLANDS' and trailers focuses on the characters

i certainly hope so, it's the best entry-level VR. Would be a shame for it to not hit its stride
