Warhawk is an Online only game, all online games are like this, WoW is like this to, so is GW2, most every commercial paid Online game is like this. But You shouldn't have to do this for offline games.
EDIT: All MS had to do was make it so you need the CD to play it....Like it has always been, unless you download it from the market...Like it has always been.

How the heck can you support this practice on a Console?
Imagine if your cable provider did this to your cable box, Or if a computer did this by demanding it be online to check your movie and gaming Library, Pirates will ALWAYS find a way to get a Movie/Game. This practice just inconveniences many gamers.

I'm a Huge Sony fan, many on this site knows that, But After several years my PS3 did get the YLOD, Yellow Light of Death. I had a 60 GB PS3, I since replaced it with a newer model. But it did take years to get that YLOD and I researched and learning only the older models like the 60GB PS3 has a small chance of getting the YLOD.

I game in the Living Room, My TV, PS3 and computers are there. My Computer is hooked up to my TV. But from what I saw/read I'd still never buy a XBO. We use a DVR and my Computer is hooked up to my TV, thats all I need.

Well GTA V Has to come out for the PS3 to at least, because I pre-ordered it already, many have.
Thats just it, MS showed their hand. Sony is smart enough to wait until E3, Sony already revealed the specs of the console and the new features on the DS4, the only thing left for MS is to show a few games at E3, Sony will show the Console and games.
PS3 was very hard and time consuming to Dev for, I'm sure that was one reason. PS4 will be much easier to Dev for.
I Gladly won't buy it, not being a fanboy but It just has nothing I want or need.

That Social media part on the PS4 is game related, and I use Youtube, FB and twitter very often. Works for me.
