PlayStation was always about best graphics, see the best graphics awards in the last years. that doesn´t mean they don´t care about gameplay
maybe he meant best looking multiplatform racing game. its not fair to compare exclusives and multiplats.
as for resolution, i think Uncharted in 720p looks far better than Tetris in 4k

the author is probably very young. i would replace FIFA, COD, BF, AC and Minecraft (it´s not even series) with Uncharted, God of war, Gran Turismo, Crash Bandicoot, Mario Party, Mario kart etc

tLoU remastered is one of the best looking games out there. games arent made by hardware, games are made by people

it reminds me GT6, very similar graphics. anyway, PS4 version looks very good. it´s not comparable to Driveclub since DC is an exclusive made especialy for PS4, PCars is made for WiiU as well

Outlast in 3D would be hellish... hope they have plans for Outlast 2
DriveClub will satisfy both the arcade and the sim players, developers clarify this just recently. although DriveClub is my most anticipated racing game for PS4, i can´t wait to play Project Cars with Project Morpheus
