Reviewers really hated this title. I really didn't find it to be that bad. I haven't beat it yet , I got it at launch. But I'm definitely going to 100% hopefully I'm two go a rounds.
Crybaby joe was getting owned pretty hard by the "dumb linear , lacking creativity , simple " A.I. Also " it's by far the worst game ever!!! .... But still pick it up!" C'mon joe how are you going to give a game a 4 and say " still pick it up" he obviously enjoyed it , infact everyone that plays it will most likely enjoy it too. It's definitely not a 4. He can rant on for hits all he wants , to call any developers lazy is beyond F'd up to say esp...
The game is an instant classic. The story is rich and immersive. Also when it transitions to the gameplay it doesn't miss a beat. The shoot outs are epic. The only thing I found myself wishing for is the ability to roll on my own , not just when a grenade is lobbed my way. I found myself in a lot of sticky situations where a nice roll backwards could have avoided a tragic outcome. Besides that the game is great, and I can't wait for the sequel.
Why does everyone hate this game now , because it's trying to be like a "movie". No one said this was going to be an epic open world rpg. Their are people who enjoy these types of games. Where the story is rich. People should take it as it is and enjoy it for the art rather than compare it to whatever they wish it to be, or their favorite game genre.
The game is battlefield ish. It is smooth , but it rather cartoon ish. The character models are skinny and weird. The rag doll effect doesn't do it much justice. I know people say beta, but there is no room for much improvent at this point. Bf4 was too good, I'm probably going to skip this title all together.
