Microsoft would spend their money on MAKING A DAMN AAA STUDIO instead of screwing gamers over with their timed dlc (50 million for gt4 dlc). I may enjoy xbox live just as much as the next person, but if i choose to play on the playstation network (which i frequent the most) i shouldn't have to worry about if i bought the right version for dlc. that just stupid and wasting money. Sony computer entertainment owns and has owed the 4th largest stock in SQUARE since its merger with ENIX. In other words they make a profit off of every single SQUAREENIX game sold and on every platform sold to the public.

THEIR ARE NO PS3's!!! I just left west palm beach and went to jacksonville and no where could i find a new ps3 since january (i know those 2 cities dont represent florida as a whole but jacksonville is the largest city in the state), sure there were the used ones for sale at your local gamestop and pawnshop but sony doesnt see any revenue from that. Walmart told me that i'd have a better chance of finding a wii in the back before a ps3. That made me a sad panda :(

the ps3 has a lower resolution but gets free dlc, maybe its a "CONSOLATION PRIZE" for the community
and I can vouch that games with out a controller get tiresome and boring, like seriously who the hell wants to hold their arms up in the air 4 a 10-15 minute Burnout paradise racing match??? Like seriously just think about it for a minute.....

im not a fanboy by any stretch of the imagination, but considering how disappointed i was in ff13, I don't think that tetsyou nomura can work his magic while trying to support 2 consoles simultaniously. All of his games have been classics because as a director he only had to focus on 1 platform, which meant that he could use every trick the machine had to offer while not having to worry about if 2 versions looked the same. final fantasy multiplatform = fail. PROVEN FACT!!
why microsoft didn't implement hddvd into their systems from the start, but i guess they couldn't because they were too busy manufacturing busted and untested launch 360's (im still pissed about getting burned in early 06 :(
edit: and also blu ray is the new movie format for at least 10 to 15 years, why you ask? because they're a nearly 1 terabyte storage limit and its already 3d capable via standalone 3d blu ray players firmware update to ps3
The people who play final fantasy will buy final fantasy for whatever system they choose to develop for as long as it is able to replicate the magic of past iterations. And that can only happen when a game is exclusive to a particular console.
For all the money Microsoft is spending to steal the competitors exclusives, or buying up Timed Dlc exclusives, they would open up some first party studios. How do u think that Sony has been able to survive and gain momentum these last 3 years even though Microsoft has been raping them in 3rd party games? Its because they have a crapload of first party studies to pull AAA games from. Microsoft is in for a rude awakening if they think that there going to win this generation with such a flawed ...
I may wait 6 months to 1 year for a ps4, but the next xbox? No, (fool me once microsoft, but definitely not again)2 year wait minimum for xbox 720 or whatever
