For competitive multiplayer gaming? Yes. Should also mention to those who have yet to play the game camping is extremely hard to do in the game due to the agility of the pilots. Hiding in a room with 2 windows will not only make it longer for you to get a titan but also make it hard for you to kill anybody since they are not steady targets thus you always have to be on the move.

Bot kills are the equivalent of an assist in cod. If thats all you go for then your going to for sure lose every game you play. Skilled players only kill them when they are an obstical only and use them to their advantage by baiting players with groups of bots and use them as a distraction when playing the objective. They are a non-issue if your a skilled player, only noobs complain they cant find pilots seriously. EDIT: I should add that killing 10 bots is the equivalent of 1 pilot.

See this is my problem with all these so called "insiders". Can tell you've never played titanfall for yourself yet. Its a GAME CHANGER for the competitive multiplayer crowd. Idk if you have been living under a rock but the reactions have been extremely positive across the board. After playing the alpha and now in the beta i can tell you as somebody who has played them all cod 4, halo 3, counter strike, gears of war, killzone that Titanfall is a serious threat to cod. Word of mouth alone will bring people in guranteed.
Destiny looks like Halo with rpg elements. Also with a expected 10 million copies to break even for the first game Activision might be biting off more than they could chew. Titanfall is the future of multiplayer competitive fps from what i've played and heard from top youtube gamers. Amazing across the board. Cod is already on a downwards decline since black ops 2 sales wise and Halo will retain its dedicated fanbase since they are so dedicated to the universe.

Ea is just funding and publishing the game for the first entry. If Microsoft really wanted to they could swoop in and pay more for the development of the game or out right buy the studio, they do have the money to do so anyways. Basically what EA did to Microsoft with Bioware.

I think you misinterpretted what this game is supposed to be then. Mikami never intended to make a pure horror game such as outlast/amnesia. He wants to make the direct sequal to what resident evil 4 successor should have been. Also in an interview he said the purpose of survival horror to him is not be completely vulnerable and run away from it but to be able to conquer it have have that satisfied feeling afterwards. Sub 1080p 30 fps games are not considered next gen, well they are-- except only when its on the ps4 and not the xbox one.
Graphics are awesome, imagine what the last guardian is going to look like assuming its on ps4. Crazy.
