I understand it's "your own personal opinion" but did you forget ps plus offers automatic updates and cloud storage? And with your games on loan comment they also offer discounts and game dlc that you keep. You obviously don't know on what you comment about.
I had an Xbox and I was fed up of being robbed of money for something I was FORCED to pay if I wanted to enjoy the other half of my game.

Other than party chat which is a system limitation I can connect with friends and play online the same way. Please explain you're reason for wasting money to just play online when ps3, pc and Nintendo do not charge.
Or if you have a ps3 you can manage downloads and hold whatever game you want to play on the memory card and then transfer them out. I have a very small memory card so I'm just gonna put one game at a time from ps plus.

Ok so you have your yearly iteration of halo/gears/forza and you also have your multimedia but Im sorry if I mostly use my video game console to actually play video games. If you don't play video games you are in the wrong place.
