Same reasons Microsoft fanboys want Sony to fail
I went into HMV last weekend (Leeds) and I was surprised to see a really cool big PS3 set up with games being played on a huge 46inch LCD set in its own PS3 branded kiosk with a huge Playstation logo above. Kids were queuing to play Mercenaries 2 and crowds of people were watching.
The 360 standard set up was tucked away in a tiny corner on a little 21inch screen with a really small logo above it. Nobody around it at all...
No wonder the 360 needs this big price ...

Trophies are mandatory in game releases from 09.
Anyway, i disagree with PirateThom... I do play games for games.... I love trophies, I think they add to the whole gaming experience. Like in Uncharted, i found myself playing that game in a way I never did the first time round such as working on combos and shooting from the hip to take the guys down in one punch. Never bothered with any of that before trophies.
I will be buying burnout for trophies when the patch ...

This game lookss so kiddy Nintendo.. But this crap sells and works for them. They will never win back the real gamer, but they dont care. They are a business making billions.
If MS charge more than £7 (or whatever the equivilent point value is) for this then they can eat my t*ts. Im still pissed of with my fable 1 download from XBLA, save doesnt work, sound stutters, no widescreen support... Sux

I dont class myself as a hardcore gamer. I enjoy just playing games for a past time to take my mind of things. about 6-7 hours per week on average (obviously alot more when a new game comes out)
Im curious about how arcade users will get the new XB experience? Does it download to the interntal firmware or is it on the HDD?
even if it was true, all it would take from sony is a quick firmware update and the freedom is gone!!!

Delete install files of games you havent played in a while. 5gigs isnt too bad. 40GB, or say 35gigs after all your DLC = 7 games. You cant be playing 7 games all at once.
I like Life, but I doubt its something il use much. Its like a HD smoother, cooler version of Wii Weather/News channel with Folding going on in the background.
Its probebly just something il check in on quickly when ive finnished gaming and about to swich of my console every so often.
The only time I used folding before was when I was charging my controller.
