Hopefully the "casual gamers" wil pick these games up to get more developers on this long overdue bandwagon.

but it's high time they make more games to an adult's liking. i bought one because i expected more games and it just hasn't happened - and i wanted to love this console so much. Wii Sports, Metroid, and Super Mario grabbed my attention collectively for about a month. its a great system "for parties" - how man times have you heard that?

I've never questioned my purchase of this beautiful machine for a nano-second. Much like the cleaning of a house - it gets dirtier when you start - but eventually it cleans up nicely. I cannot wait for Resistance 2 - I can't wait for the scary sound of air raid/nuclear bomb horns to fill my living room when it starts up!

Ive played all Ratchet & Clanks - well before the PS3 version commanded everyone's attention during the new console's slow start(it's a masterpiece) and Resistance 1 is a great intro for newbie shooters. Insomniac never disappoints! Thanks Insomniac for your creativity and great sense of humor and storytelling. I'd love an unlockable Groovitron for Hale to throw at the Chimera - now how fun would that be?
More is always better in vid games! I play PSN games (among all the usual stuff) and already love popping out of one to drop into the next without blinking twice. I have to admit, I didn't know this update would include that - so imagine my surprise with this convenience.
Who cares that trophies arent retro? You can do it now, which beats the "nothing like that" we had just last week...
I own a Wii. Hardly touch it because of the controller. Great concept, but needs some work with connectivity. C'mon - a "sensor bar?" Nintendo should explore Bluetooth and remove this headache.

the answer to this question is no. the wii suffers from a lack of adult games. i think this is what they mean by hardcore... adult, intelligent, challenging. look at the wii section in any electronic store and tell me it doesnt remind you of your 1st grade classroom?
