It's a really nice change when you read some of the replies from real gamers that are not putting down other people's choices. I'm a console collector and own nearly all consoles with hundreds of games all the way back to the Atari 2600 woody. I do prefer Xbox they had me at halo.
PlayStation has got some really good games, that's why I brought one. But as I said I do prefer Xbox.
If you felt it necessary to state which of the two is the masterpiece you obviously realise that is just your opinion and not everyone else's. Think about it.

I have a venom docking station, holds two controllers, when I'm done play my xbox I just sit the in the dock and hey presto their ready for the next time I play. I don't want internal batteries thanks.

I game on all platforms but my console of choice is xbox, I do like multi player games but I really do enjoy a really good single player game with a good story e.g halo 1,2,3 doom 3, dead space 1,2, the last of us, oblivion, fable to name just a few. I really do think this is just a click bait article to get people fired up, I could be wrong.

I absolutely loved dead space 1&2 as for dead space 3 it would be more fun watching turds turn white in the sun than having to play through that again

I totally agree with you on that, dead space 1 was the pinnacle of survival horror and dead space 2 was still a great game, I have all achievements for 1 and 2 and both games still hold up well against modern games, 3 was a complete let down I did finish it just for satisfaction but had no fun from the game at all, found it very boring to say the least.
I loved the dead space 1+2 hated 3. Played through them so many times but found number 3 such a bore to get through, really hope they pick this back up.

I own an xbox1x, I own a ps4, I own a switch but my console of choice is xbox, am I bothered about cross play? No, would it be a nice addition, probably.
