the xbox is clearly the better and easier system to work on. Power wise they are the same but it is easier and more practicall to work on the xbox 360.. there is still more thats able to be done graphics. I'm sure gears 3 will looke better than 2 but not much more. But gears 2 is very graphically impressive. nothing really compares to it except MGS. But i don't think ps3 can do much more either. i think both systems are almost maxed out graphically. But still have more left. You wont be seeing a big step up from Gears 2 or MGS. I guarantee you.

the fact that they're 2 years apart. If xbox 720 comes out in 2010 and ps4 comes out in 2012 then your pretty much forced to get both. When 720 comes out every ones going to get it and then when ps4 comes out since its coming out 2 years later, people are gonna want to get it too since its for sure going to be more powerful than the xbox since its coming out 2 years later.
